RSST Question

I'm running my RSST with a 2/3 wrap of .8x1 ribbon kanthal and 400 ss mesh. Have the same setup on my T+ with no problem. On my RSST the coil gunks up after a few hits, it seems to just boil the hell out of the juice. I can't seem to figure out the problem.
