Welcome , and while I'm not really familiar with the AGI , I have to base my opinion , as to the other two devices . I have both , and like them , equally well . In my opinion , the RSST , is alittle easier to connect the coils , but other than that , they both provide a nice vape . And neither one , is all that expensive . Good Luck in your decision . Or you could just buy one of each , make your own decision , and sell the one's you don't like .

Since the #8 is two tone, any of those will look good aesthetically. The RSST is simpler, but if you want to use e-juices that crack plastic tanks you should stick with AGA-T or AGI. Also, you cannot do U wicks with the RSST. I have the RSST and the AGI. I choose the AGI so I would have the option of using it as a dripper. The wick holes are a little small on the AGI, and the mesh wick hole is close to the center pole, so I don't really want to risk drilling it out. It still puts out enough vapor for me, but not as well as the RSST. Both the AGI and RSST air holes were too small for me and I drilled them out to 1.0mm. I don't have an AGA-T so I don't really have an opinion I can share. Initially I didn't like the way the drip tip wobbled in the RSST, but after using it while driving I found it isn't so bad especially when you hit those bumps in the road.

So I pulled the trigger and ordered my AGI. Now, to get my mesh on or is there a big difference in vape/taste if I used silica over mesh? Do you have any suggestions?

Most agree that there is a better taste with mesh, but still many are happy with silica systems. I like my Terminator, and it is wick. Try them both and see which you like. I also wanted to point out that you wouldn't want to drill out the AGI wick holes any way. They are threaded so you can use threaded screws to plug up the holes so it doesn't leak in drip mode.

Because you can turn it into a dual use, recommend Agi though I love the RSST because appearance and weight

Quick question, could I use the mesh hole for wicks instead and the use the negative post for the dripper mode instead of connecting to the negative screw down below towards the base?

Yes, that is what it is for. There are two negative posts. One low for coiling up the mesh to the center positive post, and one negative post at the same level as the positive center post for wrapping around silica wick. You can make a "U" out of the silica wick that drops through the two holes into the bottom tank. When you want to use it drip mode, pull the wicks up, plug the holes with the screw plugs and just coil the wicks around. With a lot of wick you can drip a lot more too. This gives you more vape time between dripping...
