I was going to link you to captivape, where I just got mine but they are out of stock also. They had a great price, low shipping and I paid a couple extra dollars to get my air hole drilled to the dimension that I wanted. Nice people, I emailed them with a question and they answered promptly.

This thing was just stupid easy to set up! Took me less than 5 minutes to roll the wick and wrap the coil and get it vaping! I rolled a raw wick, then torched the end, where the coils go for about 30 seconds. Wrapped it with 28g and pulsed it with the EA. All the coils glowed evenly within a minute and very little adjusting. I laid it on it's side a minute to use the multimeter to measure the resistance and in that minute, all the juice ran out into the top cap LOL. (won't do that again !)

I ended up metering it on the Provari and my coil is .9. I had an ac9 and ended up selling it because for what I paid for it, I didn't want to keep it. This is obviously not as high end as the ac9, it's a lot lighter. For the money, I like it a lot more..I'll be keeping this! ;)

All my rba's have different size air holes. I have 2 DID's.. one with a 1.6mm air hole and one with the stock 1.2 air hole. I actually like the 1.6 hole in the did better than the stock 1.2 but for now, I'm keeping it stock. I like the RSST with the 1.3mm hole. I'm glad I choose this dimension. I have a zap that is supposed to have a 1.6mm hole but it's the same size as this RSST I just got with a 1.3mmm hole.

a 1/16 drill bit will fit perfectly in the air hole in one of my did's. I bought it used off the classys and it came that way. For the longest time I thought it was too airy but now I love it... it's my rba with the largest hole and I get twice the vapor from this than I do my other rbas. I'm glad it came this way because I would be too chicken to actually drill it out on my own. I wonder what my zap would do if the air hole was as big as it's supposed to be? Once again, I'm too chicken to drill it out LOL

I understand the fear donnah. I drilled my did clone out to that diameter (1/16") a few months back and it was perfect. Plus, it made it easier to take a chance on screwing it up when I knew discountvapers.com had replacement parts/caps :p Anyways, from that experience, I felt (somewhat) confident that drilling out the RSST with the same bit would prove to be a win as well and for my taste, it was. Just make sure the drill bit you go with cuts metal and not just a wood bit or you may run the risk of snapping it!

Yeah, I am not really too sure why china is sending us these tiny air holes. Maybe people coming off of cartos and clearos dont know that the more air flow the longer the coil will last and the more vapor it will produce. Hey China if you are listening, we want bigger air holes. LOL
Also, I understand if you knock that insulator out you can throw WAY more mesh in there. From what I hear the only reason the insulator is there is because there was an error in manufacturing and smok just threw another piece of metal in there instead of throwing away the decks. Either way, I hope they see how much people like having that insulator for 2 reasons, either knock it out and throw a massive wick in there or go without oxidation of mesh

I drilled mine out to 1/16 as well (smallest bit I have [cant find 1/32, think I broke it awhile back and never replaced])
Works great... And because it does work so well, everyone is out of stock, I think I saw one company still had them, but it's over priced. More stock should be showing up soon, give it a week or so.

I don't mind these shipping with small holes that need drilling, you can always make a hole bigger, but making it smaller 'cant really' be done

I received my RSST this afternoon. I just set it up a few minutes ago. Before even putting juice in it, I tried the draw, and felt that it needed to be opened up a little. I had a 3/64 in my Dremmel kit, which is pretty close to 1.2mm. After drilling, I filled it up. I'm still on my first tank; and so far, I'm impressed. This is a great RBA at any price; and for less than $40, it's fantastic. I also own an AC9, and this thing is every bit on par with it, at $100 cheaper.

I was hoping for a good review from ya....knowing you have a ac9...
