I have five kayfun lites, one nby ehpro.
It has two hugh vent holes, the adjustment for airflow is on the bottom.
Plenty air flow and vapes great.
My other four kayfun lites has one small vent hole on the side, the airflow adjustment is also located on the side vs the bottom.
I removed the adjustment screw and now they have plenty airflow and vape great.
I have other atomizers, but rather fond of my kayfun lites.

I have several Kayfuns (3.1ES, Lite+, and V2), Fogger, and Squape Reloaded.

By far my favorite is the Squape Reloaded. In fact it's the only RTA I use anymore, and I'm thinking of buying a couple more. It has the best airflow adjustment (Clicking ring like the Nautilus, but with 7 holes from tight draw to straight lung hits), you can remove the deck without having to empty the tank, and it works great on subohm and temperature control builds. Plus it has swappable decks including one with extra wide juice channels which is perfect for high VG juices. The design makes building and wicking nearly fool proof, fast, and easy. By far the best RTA out there IMO.

If you wick the billow correctly it's Amazing. Had mine for a few months, rewick once a week, rebuild once a month (just because). Mine doesn't leak one bit. RTAs definitely take some patience and most have issues. That being said, the half dozen or so I have suggested friends to buy, once properly wicked, haven't leaked or had problems either. My .02
