Hi,

there are several RTAs that offer solutions to have variable air holes below the coil to offer optimized air flow for different vaping styles ... MTL, DTL and all types between that.
All of these solutions (at least as far as I know) are based on differently sized screws or inserts into the airflow hole. The Skyline for example has up to 10 different inserts that can be replaced, but every time you want to change it you have to completely rebuild your deck..

IMHO the optimal solution would be to have a infinitely variable air hole that can be adjusted from the outside like an iris diaphragm known for example in lenses:

Is there any manufacturer that offers that? If not, please manufacturers listen up and create something like this! I´d buy it!

Most of what I've seen in atomizers is either an elongated slot with a moving shutter or a series of airholes that are exposed as you turn a ring. An expandable diaphragm would be cool, but there would it fit n a tubular atty? Maybe it could be in the top under the drip tip with an outer ring that turns to open and close the iris opening.

A variable drip tip would also be cool. You could swap it in and out of multiple atomizers.
