I recently had a bit of a problem with an order from RTS and I'd like to thank them, and most particularly Scott, for handling the problem in a most satisfactory and professional manner.

Scott took the Customer Service ticket I opened, checked the problem, gave me options as to how I wanted it handled and, in my opinion, went above and beyond. Truly an extraordinary experience compared to any customer service I've had dealings with.

Well done RTS, well done.
