I received just over 100mL of juice from them yesterday. One of my 30mL had leaked a bit. No big deal. It was hard to tell that there was even juice missing from the bottle. I sent an email last night to inform them of the problem. I specifically stated that I did not want a replacement or a refund but I, as a business owner, was just passing along some info in hopes of preventing issues for other customers. I know how hard it can be to keep customers in this fickle economy.

I received an email response this morning that went above and beyond what I was expecting or even wanted. No asking for proof or arguing about their policies and procedures. Just a very professional and concerned response. The way I see it, mistakes happen but it is how you handle those mistakes that defines you or your company. In my opinion, ECBlend has defined themselves as a company focused on their customers. The email I received was more than satisfactory and I plan to remain a VERY loyal customer.
