I had one of those "DUH" moments when ordering last night, and I wanted you to know that Bethany did a fantastic job or getting everything fixed
Told her I would let everyone know what great service you guys provide. .. and you always have for the last 2 years that I have been vaping, and placing orders with you.
You still have great customer service, even with all the troubles you have had to deal with.

I want all to know we have hired 2 sales managers and a full-time customer service representative. We want all retail and wholesale customers to know they can call and ask to be assigned a specific person to be their account representative. We are more than just a website and there are real people they can call and talk to.

The sad thing is that the reason for each others sales dropping is due to three other companies but yet we keep stomping each other. You cannot sell quality nicotine at their or our prices.

We will have to get this error corrected on the website. It is 50% TA, 40% PG and 10% EA.
