Another vendor I debated about leaving a review that I will share my experience with. Note I have not tried the eliquid this is in regards to customer relations only.
I found this vendor and I was thrilled to have a vendor that supplied usa made nic juice. I quickly shared the info at another forum so we all could share in the wonderful bounty of this new vendor. Well I left a post in the supplier thread letting this vendor know that I was trying to share the news of his new company and linked it back to the forum I made the post at.
Well after I made the post at the other forum a couple of other members from the forum had many questions. Questions I didn't have the answers to. Well some of the questions were in regards to where this new vendor has developed this product and how.
Well I made a purchase with RTSvapes after all of the questions and I even posted at the other forum that I made the purchase and I was extremely excited. Some of the members on the other forum kinda frowned on that and they stated their opinions clearly on the other forum.
The next day I was informed by another member of the other forum (not ecf) that my order had been canceled. WHAT?? So I quickly checked the ecf supplier thread for RTSvapes and there it was just as clear as could be that Randy was canceling my order. I checked my email and I did not receive any notification. I checked my card that I had used to make the purchase and it had been reserved. I did not receive any private communication with Randy only a very upset demeanor in his own supplier thread acting as if I was out to harm him. WHAT??
Well I apologized for the actions of the people on the other thread, and I tried to explain that I still would like to make my purchase because I had made another purchase that coincided with the purchase I had made from him.
Lets say this tempers flared, words were said between both parties including myself. I did apologize again after showing my back end, but you know not once did I get an apology from randy. I did get called names on his supplier thread AFTER I apologized the second time. (1st time the apology was for people I have no control over, 2nd apology was for my words)
On a good note (yeah I can be optimistic in the cloud of doom) my card was released a few weeks after this incident happened. So at least he didn't try to keep the funds for the liquid and I didn't have to call authorize.net (yes his only way to accept payment att) to get a reimbursement.
