Email With Vaporbomb Evidence

Since people have doubted me on my previous post in regards to their reply, I have taken the time to upload any communication I had with them. I will not be insulted or belittle'd in what I proudly share on my opinions, experiences, or purchases made. The forum is intended to share all the powers that be to do so civilly. I have ordered from more than 20 suppliers and never had any problems other than and only from vaporbomb complaining about me asking questions on their juices.

As I said, 90% of the time customers will have questions when they buy or go to a store. I shouldn't be treated any different than any buyer or user here. I've written good reviews and bad reviews, and even reviews that were mixed on feelings. I shouldn't have to be threatened by my own well being that I can post or can't post on peaceful means.

Here is the communications I had with them this week and yes they did communicate with me over on black berry phone. Their email is the same that you would receive in the auto-mated message when you order from them.

The fact that I spent more than $80 shows that I'm not worth their time just because I made a few positive and negative comments about their juices here on ECF.

There is nothing wrong with asking various questions on liquids. Look at the threads about people with diabetes or people with allergies. People take certain precautions on what they should buy prior to their health, not just their needs.

I thought that this was let go and you had moved on...the first thread was closed..

ok now lets back up and see the emails before this where they had supposedly asked you not to order from them again...

They removed those posts explaining on this on the first thread per request...


so if they asked you not to order from them again, and gave reasons why....and you did order anyway....and they canceled that order...I don't understand what you're complaining about...

There are countless other emails of which we will not post due to the fact that it is a violation of rule 8 about posting emails and PM. The story gos as follows. Icey has a habit of putting together very odd combination of liquids reaching for a warm fuzzy feeling, these are not our words but his and can be found in other threads. He was asked to stop placing these odd orders due to the fact that when he gets them he then complains about them. We have replaced customs blends in the past. Earlier this week Icey placed an order in the custom section and again this was every odd, we filled that order and the decision was made that we should no long accept order from him. He had been asked to stop due to the fact that the majority of the mixes were way outside the norm, that we had no problem with, our problem arose in the complaints about these mixes. Icey has stated in the open forum that he is seeking a "warm fuzzy feeling" from these e liquids. VaporBomb does not produce a product that will give you that affect. I might add that the last order place he asked for flavors that are not available in the custom section and we still filled that order for him. This decision was not made because of reviews good or bad. I was made due to the fact that we can not continue to replace custom made e liquides when the customer has been asked not to do this.
VaporBombs hopes that that Icey can find a company that can meet his needs. Those of you that know VaporBomb and know me personally know that this was not a decision made in haste. We value each and every customer. We have a reputation for excellent customer service and will continue that service to each and every customer. This is surely an isolated indecent . If any of our customers are upset by this we are deeply and truly sorry and if they wish to contact me personally I will by all means do what I can to ease your mind. Icey may contact us via phone or email and discuss it further, I will state now that it is highly unlikely that the outcome would be any different. I can be contacted at harry@vaporbomb.com. I again apologize to all for having had to resort to these measures.

I've seen both their posts on the other thread before they wre removed by request and your supposed "evidence" before it was removed...

what part don't you get...

You were being a PITA customer....ordering custom mix juices and then complaining about how they tasted...more than once...

They asked you not to order from them again to save the headache...

you ordered anyway.....

They canceled the order....they'd rather save themselves the headache than have your $80....

what part don't you get...

I've received no email of any kind that you didn't want customer loyalty just because I was looking for something that had the same effect on my experiences with smoking and smoking a hookah. I'm sorry that you couldn't provide the first conversation I had with you (which you yourself expressed helping me find one) being descriptive on helping finding me on that effect.

I didn't request anything warm. If I wanted something hot, I'd vape atomic-cinncide. I asked for something fuzzy similar to smoking a hookah, but it's too bad you didn't share that either.

There is nothing out of the norm here. There are countless topics people looking for throat hit, taste, or an effect. I was looking for taste and effect and there's nothing wrong with that. Besides, your tobacco product flavors provide none of the feeling in comparison with avejuice that I just wrote about a week back.

You lack "that special something" in your tobacco juices based on the effect. I've complained to you once and now you're trying to emphasize (lying excessively) that I complained more than once, when in fact I only complained about my mistake once for mixing.

Edit: Even on my other thread, I was looking for a simple cherry flavor which I decide to order two separate fruit flavors and one blended. I can't provide the pictures since it violates ECF rules but those are the facts.

I'm done posting in your threads because I'm starting to look like a troll. But I get aggravated when someone goes around spreading false information.

I am gonna leave you alone, Just like I stated here. Certainly not because you requested it.
