Since people have doubted me on my previous post in regards to their reply, I have taken the time to upload any communication I had with them. I will not be insulted or belittle'd in what I proudly share on my opinions, experiences, or purchases made. The forum is intended to share all the powers that be to do so civilly. I have ordered from more than 20 suppliers and never had any problems other than and only from vaporbomb complaining about me asking questions on their juices.
As I said, 90% of the time customers will have questions when they buy or go to a store. I shouldn't be treated any different than any buyer or user here. I've written good reviews and bad reviews, and even reviews that were mixed on feelings. I shouldn't have to be threatened by my own well being that I can post or can't post on peaceful means.
Here is the communications I had with them this week and yes they did communicate with me over on black berry phone. Their email is the same that you would receive in the auto-mated message when you order from them.
Order I made this week: No problems
Second order made cancelled:
The fact that I spent more than $80 shows that I'm not worth their time just because I made a few positive and negative comments about their juices here on ECF.
There is nothing wrong with asking various questions on liquids. Look at the threads about people with diabetes or people with allergies. People take certain precautions on what they should buy prior to their health, not just their needs.
