I intend to make my own e-liquid.
Found PG and VG readily available.
Even flavoring from luAnn?

I'm not clear about the nicotine.
Found something that claims 100% nic,
but in a VG or PG base or both.

Is this what I'm looking for?

Be careful with 100mg nic base - fairly hazardous if you get it on your skin... All nic comes diluted in either pg, VG, or a mix of the two.

I highly recommend you spend some time in the diy juice forum before you start so you can get some info and advice and learn the safety procedures.

That would be 100mg/ml, which is 10%. Not 100%. Experience will suggest what sort of base mixture you want. Why not hold off a bit till you decide what your preference will be in that regard?

Hmm, Don't take this personal or the wrong way but I think you should do some more reading about what you intend to do first.

Why?

- Well, because Nicotine is a very strong toxic substance. Especially in pure liquid form so you have to know what you are doing before. Probably the nic you are referring to is diluted already to decrease the damage it can cause but this doesn't mean that it's not dangerous to you if you do something wrong or gets it from someone that doesn't care. Your question tells me that I have to recommend you to do some more homework. All info can be found here on the site. You have to be careful to your self here and not put you self in a situation that can cause you more harm than necessary. Especially not now when the topic of E-cig is top prior and all bad info will go world wide.

I use to live in cape coral and their is a B&M there called vapininthecape, they are just north of the most southern bridge on that first main road. Didn't live there long only a few months so Im not great with the street names. They were doing classes for people to learn various different levels of vaping from rebuilding atomizer to diy stuff. Not sure if they still do them or when they are held but I would check them out. The owner scott and lori are very knowledgeable about the various parts of vaping.

29. Nicotine strength
a. The maximum nicotine strength of eliquids allowed to be offered for sale on ECF by Suppliers is 36mg or 3.6%. No liquid of strength higher than this can be specifically offered or specifically mentioned by Suppliers. Trade deals are exempt, within private supplier boards only, as higher strengths are needed for trade bulk mixing. Note that there are shipping restrictions in some countries for toxic materials, which can be obtained by application to your local Postal Service and private shippers, and you are cautioned not to contravene these restrictions.
b. Suppliers can sell whatever strength they wish with the exception of pure nicotine (900mg / 90% and above). Sites that sell pure nicotine will be blocked by ECF. We define 'pure nicotine' as 90% / 900mg/ml or higher.
c. There is a limit on public discussion of 200mg (20%) maximum for mixing discussion, recipes and tutorials, and also in the Classifieds.
d. The use of 'Pure Nicotine' cannot be discussed (in detail) on public forums on ECF (trade forums are exempt) due to the hazard [1] - see Notes below. That is to say, it can be mentioned in passing but not discussed at length especially as regards mixing.

Simply opening a bottle of 100% nicotine without a fume hood, can kill you and everyone inside the structure. FYI.

If you are serious about DIY, head on over to the DIY forums and read read read...
There is a prediluted form of nic normally from 40 - 100 mg/ml (4% - 10%). Even the 10% (100mg/ml) is pretty potent stuff.
Just a warning and an educational bit here... yes you can find nicotine in 100% form but you will need all sorts of proof to supply the vendor to purchase it at that strength and its about 14,000$ a liter ( or is it 2 L?) The nic at that percentage IS lethal when handled incorrectly. Fume hoods and Hazmat training is required to handle it. No reason to even think about going that route...
the 10% mix is enuf to create quite a bit of juice when diluted to usable levels. Break out the Chemistry books and reread the chapters on percent per volume mixtures.

Deleon 517: Vaping in the Cape is my actual local supplier.
They're the best here. Although too busy now.
I'm glad for them. VERY very nice people.
But I doubt they have time anymore for tutorials.
I'll ask anyway. They only trade on 50/50 PG/VG.
I've tried other suppliers (on line) and VG seems to be better for me.
Hence my need to mix my own liquid.

Bunnykiller: I'm sure as per your reply, that what I saw as "pure" nic, is 10%.
The price only,( is like 20 bucks per 100ml) tells me I was VERY wrong. Thank you!!. Carlos.
