I had to do an experiment because I've had some pretty strange perceptions as to how much I'm vaping compared to how much I was smoking. So my wife and I fired up a couple of analogs... we both agreed they tasted nasty even after only a day vaping.
She takes 12 hits to go through an analog 100, I only take 9. It takes her 7 minutes but it takes me 8. Nevertheless when vaping I only hit 7 times in 8 minutes. On average my drags last 2 seconds on both analog and e-cig. I also appear to get 44 hits per cartridge before I need to top it off again.
Until yesterday I was smoking about 50 analogs each day and taking about 450 hits to do it.
I learned something from all those numbers, if it weren't for refill juice it would cost more money to vape than to smoke just based on cartridges alone, nevermind equipment costs.
There's another factor I just noticed, when I put my 510 down it's ready 15 minutes later when my hands are free again, with an analog it's burned and gone. I probably lost a pack a week from that alone.
Between this and the battery numbers I ran earlier today I've realized my perceptions were wildly skewed, the cartridges and batteries are lasting longer than it feels like... and all things considered I'm gonna save a PANTSLOAD of money.
