KR808 carto equals how many analogs?

In exploring this forum (many great ideas! -- thanks all!), one thing I find perplexing is the variety of comments on how long cartridges/cartos last. Some say 3-4 analogs, some say cartridge = pack, and I found one vendor's website which claimed each cartridge is equal to a carton of analogs!

My smoking routine was never 'normal' (my big thing is getting 1-2 two good puffs at 3-7 minute intervals), so I burned up many more analogs than I actually smoked. Since I've started vaping nearly full-time, I've used about 2 cartos a day (KR808D-1 prefilled cartos).

I'd like to know what that translates to in analogs so I'll be able to tell what I was actually getting out of 3+ PAD.

Honestly? Think it depends on how you smoke-lol-I know, not the answer you wanted. I know I got a good 10-12 ciggs worth out of kr8 cartos-BUT I smoked every cig to the filter. If you did the two drags burnout thingie you may actually get a pack or so worth out of em. And they vape longer if you don't overheat..........

Thanks!

I suspected I was nearly a 1 PAD smoker, but I went through many more because of my 'first hit' obsession.

I plan to refill the cartos, but I want to use up all of the prefilled ones first so I have an established baseline for prefilled capacity.

Oddly, I plan to refill them first with recovered juice. I tried BluCigs but sent the kit back because of very short battery life. Upon examining the used carts, I found they still held a great quantity of juice even after they stopped producing vapor. I've pulled out the fillings and put them into a syringe, so I'll be able to squeeze the juice out.

You can't really translate how many analogs are in one cartomizer. That drives me nuts when some of these websites try to make claims on how many cigarettes equal a carto. It's easier to average out how many mls you vape per day. I would say the average is 3-5mls per day. Some people are more, some are going to be less. It all depends on how often you vape and your method of vaping, i.e. LR attys, high voltage, dripping, using the different types of cartomizers...

You also have to consider that if you use cartridges or cartomizers you're probably going to lose some of the juice that's in them. Some zero-filler mods (ZFM) and cartomizers allow for very little to no juice loss.

In my unquestionably limited experience, the pre-filled cartos vary in how long they last, even if it's the same user. Also, since I started filling my own, I think the taste of filled blanks is better, and you can top them off as you use them. Filling your own is definitely cheaper.

Recovering the juice is a great idea. I may try that, and put them into blanks. I can't get past the odd taste I find in pre-filled cartos.

I find the taste of these prefilled ones odd, but that's probably because I smoked menthols and all of these cartos are straight tobacco (very inexepensive kit with no choice of strength or flavor). Every once in a while, I have to smoke an analog just for my menthol fix. Obviously that'll change when I get through these cartos and start filling my own.

One thing I probably won't be able to change is the analogs I smoke in the bathtub. I usually soak for at least an hour and a half (to soothe muscles), and I'm just clumsy enough that hardly a week goes by without my getting one wet. I don't think I dare take a PV in there! :)

I have been vaping for 10 weeks. Bought the Cig2O at my local smoke shop. I was smoking 1.5 - 2 packs of menthol light analogs for about 45 years. I've been using the 18mg menthol cartomizers. Usage varies considerably. Each carto last at least one day of moderate vaping. Some have lasted 3 - 4 days. I'm certainly getting my money's worth out of them.

I smoked 1 pack marlboro ultra light a day ... my KR808D kit came with 5 carto 18 mg nic. tobacco. For me 1 cartomizer = 1-1.5 days (with original cartos) , now my cartos are finished i bought eliquid 16 mg nic. tobacco ( 21.century brand vapor so so, TH and taste is bad i feel like eating candy and starting heart burn) I started refilled my cartos usually i smoked 22 drop per day i don't know how much ml per day but people say "1 cartomizer = 20 drop" ... May be my experiences not exactly correct because I am new I met with ecigs 10 days ago ( I don't know speaking English well sorry about that )

My first eCig was a cig2o, the 18mg cartos didn't last me very long, but I also was a 1 1/2 pack a day plus user dipping tobacco daily. When I bought more cartos for it at Vapor4life I got the 36mg and then 24mg, these lasted me longer since I didn't need to hit my ecig as long to get the same effect. My main problem was the flavor ended up dropping off before they started to not produce vapor and taste burnt. For the menthol, I liked V4L's Kamel Menthol Cool Cartos, they certainly don't taste like a menthol cigarette but it was close enough and pleasant tasting.
