So i've got this Russian 91. nice tank.. even though the screws on the deck are a little small for me to build on.
The problem is one of the posts, the one that attaches to the 510 center pin, swings wildly. I can make it stop swinging if i tighten up the center pin by screwing it all the way in the wobbly post will post on the deck tightens up and it's much easier to build on... However, screwing in the 510 connection center pin all the way makes the pin so recessed it has a problem connecting to some of my mods, and absolutely will not connect to my ohm meter.
I can screw the pin all the way in to lock down the post and attach the coil and then back the post down but then it goes all wobbly again which means i get a short at worst or it jacks with my resistance at best.
I've already pulled it apart and put it all back together. I'm not sure what the deal is other than to say it looks like the center pin in the 510 connection is a bit too short.
Thoughts? Suggestions?
