I understand that Ruyan is now out for money and licensing rights from manufacturers but where does their power actually end? Are they suing everyone that is making or branding automatic batteries / models that somewhat conform to their own? or are they just suing everyone whos making a nice bit of money?

When i called Janty ( original designer of eGo) they told me that they looked at the eGo as if it was a car. Janty is Ford and all these small manufacturers wanna make their own automobile, and the person i spoke to said it was no big deal to them because they stand behind their product. All cars are pretty much the same except some small differences, as with many different branded eGos.

I wish Ruyan would take this stance and just make a quality product worth buying.

Any thoughts?
