RuyanDirect question

I want to buy the m401 from RuyanDirect and have a couple of questions. I'd like to have one that looks more like a real cig, but the white one says it has a RED led. That probably wouldn't look much like a real cig to me. Every other supplier that I see has an orange led. Is it possible that it is actually orange?

Has anyone used registered airmail to the USA (not EMS)? The website says over 40 days to ship, so I'm wondering if it really takes that long?

Ruyandirect is great. Shipping via EMS is under 10 days to the continental US. Some day, LED color will not matter to you.

Yep, allthough i dont live in the US i live in Australia and can vouch for the EMS delivery.

As for the LED colour. Whenever someone first gets into e cigs they want the smallest ecig that looks just like an analog and within a couple of months they find themselves switching as the look of a cig matters less to them.

The less it looks like a analog the less you will get hasseled for using it in public places.

The less it looks like an analog the further away you'll be from your analog addiction as well. Psychological addiction is half the battle. If you can get your satisfaction from something that looks very little like a normal cigarette you'll be better off.

Thanks for the quick replies. Maybe it's true that LED color will not matter, but for now, if I'm going to buy the white m401, I'd prefer the orange LED over red.

About shipping, I think you guys both misread my question. I was asking about the cheaper Registered Airmail, NOT EMS. If it's going to take over 40 days for the Registered Airmail, I'll just pay the extra money and do the EMS.

Also, is there a big difference in battery life between the 401, 402, and 403?

Even if it's red....it's really not that far off from orange, especially in the daylight. The tip's really don't glow as bright as they appear in advertisements. In dim light, it is noticeable, but you'll be surprised just how close the plastic ash cap looks like a glowing cherry, even if it were blue. People often ask, "What the hell have you laced your cigarette with that makes it blue?" "You got some .... in there?"....seriously. No joke.

Assuming this will be your first e-cig. Go with one that makes you feel comfortable. So, if your not confident that the ecig won't look real enough to you to stick with, get the orange led one. As mentioned above, eventually, the color of the led won't matter to you in regards of realism. It'll probably be more of a statement thereafter, or an avoidance for attention.

Yes it's cheaper through airmail....yes you will wait 40 days and 40 nights for it.lol

I ordered from Heaven Gifts (Ruyan) on July 4th and still have not received my order.
Not that 9 days from China is necessarily something I didn't expect.

But in that time I have received various orders of other parts, supplies, and juice from other suppliers that I ordered from on the same day, or even a number of days after.

But then, I ordered what I ordered from Ruyan as a stockpile effort, not worrying about how soon it would get here. And if I really wanted to save a lot of money but get it more quickly by paying that EMS shipping, I would have ordered a TON of stuff instead of just a couple of things.

And even though I haven't received that first order from Ruyan yet, I placed another order today for a ton of blank 510 cartridges, becauase at 24 cents each, it will save me from refilling my own for awhile.

Hate to be a stickler, Although Chinese do not celebrate our independace day. You did order on their weekend. Certainly you got Ruyandirect's notice/warning that it being their day off. They also ship with in 48 hours of getting/recieving the order, so your 48hours technically didn't start till Monday.

I know you aren't complaining....I'm just sayin.

No matter what the color the LED is, you really won't notice it much. I promise. I thought I would care about the blue LED, but it turns out, I honestly could care less. I think these personal vaporizers can look a little different because they are different - Much better!

The big thing to be stoked about is the 401. I ordered a set of those from Litecig USA (Kudos to them!) - I have a manual 501 and wanted to check out the autos - After research it seemed like the right auto.

You are going to like it a lot! It just works. The carts are a little fussier to fill, but you can use it when you are working on something. nearly as much vapor as the 501, but a bit more flavor from the juice. I don't quite understand the charger and what it is trying to tell me (Sometimes red, sometime green sometimes flashy ), but I'm getting there.

Sometimes white batteries are all I can get, so I take the paint off of them on a wire wheel. Nice and shiney Just don't let em get hot while removing the paint.

If you notice on most sites, not many people take the time to write a review and really, reviews are nothing more than personal opinions. As you may know, this varies and should really mean nothing....unless you read, they stole my money too many times.8-o

Wish I could tell you about the 403's. I have 401's and 402's.....but really. What's your expectation of a good battery? 1 hour, 2 hours,....all day? My 401 and 402 last me about 1-2 hours.....and I vape like crazy. So....again, gotta take variables into account. Also, it appears all batteries are not made equal, even if it's the same model. This guy says 1 hour, that guy says 3..... With a 110-180mAh battery, you can expect atleast 1 hour of moderate vaping.

EMS is a more reliable service and less likely to be hung up in customs or a shipping center. The extra cost is definitely worthwhile to me.

The batteries on my PV last 7-8 hours and I vape constantly. So what do you consider good. M402 might get 2 hours if you are lucky plus it is an auto switch PV which will get liquid in the battery and crap out eventually.

Ruyan's juice is very good. Kent and RY4 are two of the best.
