I was referring mostly to volcano when I said you can't let that BS go, but yeah, they really do have bad customer service. I don't know why everyone complains about BLU's. With Blu, you can actually speak to a human being, and they don't take forever to respond. When I had to send defective items back to them, it took only a week from the day I put them in the mail to get the new working ones. With Volcano, after about 2 weeks of waiting, I sent an email to ask what was going on. I got a response that said they hadn't sent out my replacement yet. No word on whether or not they got the original defective one. Then the next day, I had a package at my door.
Their batteries and atomizers seem to be okay(at least the L88b ones, I haven't had any problems with them at all), but I ordered a magma carry case charger, and it was defective. It never worked right. I got a replacement that works just fine, but I ordered another one that just got here last night, and it did pretty much the same damn thing as the first one. So now I have to send it back and wait like two weeks again. I don't plan on dealing with Volcano anymore unless absolutely necessary. They should be checking the things they send out before sending them.
