RX200 Temprature mode issue.

Hi , i am using a rx200 with a cubis tank which im running a 0'5 SS coil.

Not had the rx for that long so i beed help.

When in ss temp mode , if i have my settings at 120*c it will constantly say temp protection when i try to fire it .It wont even vape.

But if i have it at 315*C it will fire perfectly fine. What the hell this dont even make sense .

Sounds like my coil is freezing to death.
Could this be a software issue, im running version 3.10. Im running it at 30 whattsfor your information.

Also, why doesint my temp mode allow me to go down to zero? Im coming from smoking and this is only my 2nd mod so im not even botherd about a warm vape . How do i turn temp mode of allrogether and that will fix both issues presumably.

120 degrees C is not hot enough to produce good vapor. Because the temp setting is so low is why the mod is showing temperature protection. Seeing temp protection is not a bad thing- most mods will display this and all it means is the coil has reached the temp you set for it.

Most temp control mods will give a decent vape when set to 400 degrees F or 205 degrees C. You can set it there and adjust to suit you. Or set it to 315C like you had it if you like the vape. With temp control mods, be sure the mod is reading the initial resistance of the atty when the atty is at room temp.

If you don't want to use temp control, set the mod to "power" and adjust the watts to suit your vape.

Atty is the term we often use for whatever is atop your battery.
Could mean coil, tank, cartomizer etc. Essentially it is wire or element that heats your juice.

In your instance it's the tank. The coil/atty is inside it.

The SS coil will work in Power mode so you don't have to use it in TC mode if you don't want.

How would i know if the atty temprature is correct, and thanks for clearing that up.
I actually used the first video to set my rx up.
Guna watch second one you sent now.

You know with clapton coils, what temp should they be running at for around 30 whatts for my mouth to lung. Cant find a clapton mode on the rx .

Yeah mate i have tried eveything , and almost gived vaping up, i first tried e ciggertes, tried the e ciggertes first ahha, had a peace of crap evod mega, thing cost me 20 quid . Never done anything for me . A dam ciggarets would give more whats than that haha.

Then was like i wana try a box mod, bought a cuboid 150 , was good for first week then started loosing its power randomly when chain vaping. Sent it back was guna give up there and tben.

Then i thought about the rx200 but was worried it was to big for a everyday mod . Anyway i gived vaping another shot and bought one . And ive fallen for the rx its a hell of a peace of kit , dont have the annoying battery doors and actually gives out what it says unlike the cuboid.

My main worry about the rx's size was gone out the box. it actually weirdly feels smaller to me than the cuboid does. Things its because the way the rx is shaped and not as tall as the cuboid.

I love the rx, running a cubis tank which im also loving excllent lung mouth tank. Also when i go out to pub or whatever i can out it in my pocket with my rx caues its leak proof it wont leak inside my pocket .

I just really hope my rx dont break i have paranoia over them failing thanks to the cuboid
