Don't "feel like a dope." I used to think that RY4 was some type of Rye whiskey flavor. Nope! 'RY' stands for Ruyan, the originator of the electronic cigarette. The '4' stands for version 4. [There also are RY1, 2, and 3: each subtly different. I didn't know about RY5] RY4 is a blending of tobacco, caramel, and vanilla (and perhaps other flavorings), which has been very popular. Although DeKang's RY4 predominates, many U.S. mixers have come out with their own versions.

555 (aka State Express) also is a tobacco flavor, with a nutty taste. I believe the name(s) are based on some cigarette brand, with which I am not familiar. Most of the names of the older Chinese-made e-liquid are based on analog cigarettes. Most U.S. and U.K. mixers have come up with their own names, e.g., Boba's Bounty, Hunters Blend, Tampa, Oba Oba, Torque 56, etc.

State Express 555 is a brand of cigarette manufactured by British American Tobacco. It was first launched in 1895 and is a very popular brand in Asia, especially China where it is BAT's most popular brand.

Never tried them myself, or the if flavour actually tastes anything like the real thing...
