I've never tried a RY4 mix from scratch Wiz . . . have always used ready made
concentrates, so can't be much help there, although I do add extra Caramel flavouring
but that's my personal taste.

It's almost impossible to say whether 1ml of your flavourings will be sufficient, it depends
upon whose flavourings you're using, their intensity and of course your own taste buds.

I mix at 20-30% as a rule but that's because mine are shot after years of heavy smoking.

It's sensible to under flavour at first though as you can always tweak your mix once you've
let it steep/infuse for a while.

I've not tried mixing from scratch yet, but I plan to do this soon. I DID buy an RY4 'off the shelf' from Vapour Room, which was a Dekang liquid. I didn't like the taste at ALL, which surprised me, as I thought it was just tobacco, vanilla and caramel. I 'mix' my own now (using 3 pre-mixed juices). I used roughly 50% Marlboro-like juice, 25% Caramel, and 25% Vanilla. I have no idea if it is like any RY4 on the market, but I like it, and it is my main daily vape.

I find that adding some TPA Original Caramel Flavouring to Dekang's RY4
improves the flavour no end for me, it's a bit ' dry ' otherwise for my taste.

If you do want to mix your own RY4, then this Hangsen concentrate gets very good
reviews, although I've not used that one myself . . . I've a stash of Health Cabins
RY4 flavour to work through first!

Personally, this is what I do...

I make up a 10ml base, add 1ml of flavour, drip test it, and then add another 1ml of flavour if needed.
(as most 10ml bottles will take 12ml or so)

Don't forget to shake ;)

PS: completely ignore the 1ml/2ml above if dealing with The Perfumer's Apprentice Spearmint - you need literally 2 or 3 drops :)
