RY4 = Pine Christmas Tree

If a noob may be so bold... From a totally *NEW* perspective (5 days vaping and loving it!) I am vaping Esmokeytreats RY-4 as we speak and I would DEFINITELY put it in the caramel/warm milk category. Reading posts here, it definitely seems that there may be a difference by supplier/manufacturer. I detect nothing close to pine needles or anything other than previously mentioned flavors. And a couple glasses of wine seem to help too... ;-)

RY4/ruyan #4 varies greatly between suppliers. To get the full blown smokey/pine? flavors along with some caramel/vanilla, imo, you'd have to try Janty's RY4.

After trying the RY4 variants of nearly 10 different juice providers, I am of the opinion that RY4 is an experiment contracted by the soglaxian empire (from the andromeda galaxy) to see which humans are perfect for sex organ cooking. They ALL are different, nobody can decide which is best, or even what it tastes like. Fox Mulder said it tastes like refried beans.

This thread is old... but just to follow up, the 18MG RY4 I ordered from MyVaporstore (this was almost a year ago) was way too nutty and harsh. I vape 36 MG Flu Cured, but this juice really destroyed my throat and instanty I thought this bottle should have been labled 555. Believe me this was far off from the Janty RY4 I mentioned in the beginning of this thread in which this particular bottle was the perfect divine mix of tobacco, caramel, cotton candy and vanilla. The other bottle from the same order & shipment ended up tasting like pine.

I can't leave this subject open ended. I have a big order on the way from Heavens Gift for: RY4 juice, Flu Cured, Virginia, 555, Caramel, Vanilla, Cotton Candy, pen style atomizers (best for flavor testing). The goal is to mix and match until I figure out the old school Janty RY4 recipe. I'll start out
with 60% tobacco (either 555, flu cured/Virginia), 30% Caramel, 5% Vanilla, 5% Cotton Candy.

I'll be back in a couple of days to report....

My all day vape is RY4, and there's a huge difference between bottles. I've tried several different brands, but the Dekang/Boge is the best. Joye's liquid is peppery and harsh without much sweetness.

And FYI, Cappuccino tastes like a grocery bag to me... I use it to "harsh" up sweeter flavors. I love 2 parts Chocolate to 1 part Cappuccino.

RY4 tastes different from different vendors. Try some other vendors brands - you may get one you like. The best ones have a caramel/toffee flavour. I'd recommend My Freedom Smokes RY4. One of the best I've tried.

I undersand that many DIY Juice creators have attempted
this complex flavor. I don't think it's possible by mixing Lorann flavorings.

RY4 is a mixture of basic Dekang E-juice in my
opinion.

Hi Got Vape! Intereting thread to me in that you were the first one who mentioned the pine flavor. The fact that you didn't care for it, yet still tasted it was a bit of a validation of my own taste. I liked it! Since I've had every RY4 that's sold it seems. And I like the 'non-pine' one too - it's my wife's favorite vape - ie. the Dekang Ruyan#4 (from heaven gifts which has a bit of a different formulation than most of the other dekang). Unfortunately, for me, the Joye/Janty RY4 is scarce and likely not made anymore. Janty has changed many of their favors, the Widow is plum out of it and Freshsmoking no longer carries that version. Happy Vaper finally ran out of the no nic Joye RY4. Nicotine content in this flavor can make a considerable difference in the taste.

If you haven't tried it you might like Drew's (NHaler's) RY4 which is not the piney taste. Suggest the HighVoltage but both nic levels is good, imo.
