what would cause this, i had the saber touch in my pocket, it was my first time taking it to work, and i felt the heat through my jeans, for the rest of the day i kept the carto off of it and used my spare whenever i wanted to vape, but the saber touch was the only thing in my pocket, what would cause it to fire off like that?

The only thing for the Saber Touch to activate is for something that conducts electricity to make contact with the metal tube (if not powder coated), or an end cap, to the sensor. Such as a metal pen or moisture in material. Or if somehow on the top connector, if something was shorting out between the outer threads and the center contact piece. Please let me know if this happens again, since I designed it to be the safest mod on the market... to avoid accidents such as this.

Also, as in my instructions sent with the ST... the safest way to carry ANY mod is to prevent accidents completely and take off any cart or atomizer. That way, there is nothing to heat up at all!

yeah, it was just in my pocket on its own, i always keep my PV in a pocket my its self to avoid accidently hitting a button or something, only thing metal i carry is the PV. honestly it scared the crap out of me. im 99% sure nothing would have set it off that was in the pocket, there are no holes in my pockets, and the ST was in there by its self. i will let you know if something like this ever happens again, might have been an isolated thing because i have carried it in my pocket before with no issues.

Yes... please let me know. PM me any time anything like this ever happens. I don't want anything to go wrong with using Any Mod, especially the ST.

i will, after that little scare, i did carry the carto detached and just screwed it back on whenever i wanted to vape. i would rather not have anything explode in my pocket or anything like that lol

Don't worry... The Saber Touch will Never Explode. It has so many safety devices built in that it would never become dangerous. But just remember... atomizers are little "Toasters", so it's best to take them off when you are not paying attention to it.
