Safe Glue ?

Hi All

Is there a glue that's safe to use to repair drip tips/clearomizers, etc?
I'm thinking super glue may not be safe to use, but I could be wrong.
Suggestions?

Super Glue (Cyanoacrylate) is what is used to seal wooden drip tips.

No glue is safe, you want to use Ambroid Pro Weld. It's a solvent, not a glue, so after it evaporates there is nothing there but the plastic you started with. It costs $16.95 for enough to last a lifetime on Amazon, and can be found at many hobby shops. (cost me $4.90 at a local shop)

I'm thinkin if you need to glue it it's time to get a new one. Just my opinion.

Superglue is used in surgery so I would say that it is reasonably safe.

Id vote on finding an alternative. Just doesn't seem like something I'd feel safe with.

I am not sure if it could be used as a drip tip repair but it was suggested to me to re-glue my glass atomizer that came apart with fish tank glue. Not sure so I am sure someone will come along and let me know if this is right. Like everything else.......never got around to fixing it because I had so many backups. That is the most important thing to learn with vaping. Good luck to ya.

super glue is the way to go. The fumes are nasty but they are considered non-hazardous. Additionally, once it cures it is impervious to almost everything (except acetone).

ever hear of people sniffing glue? Ambroid was the best in the 60's and 70's, something was added to it to make the glue sniffer sick. Once it is cured it is also impervious to almost everything.

Ambroid was huge in assembling balsa wood model airplanes because it was fuel-proof (methanol base and nitro-methane), at one point super-glues took over because of curing time. It also is fuel proof.

Specifically, I got these from Fasttech ...

... and one has already had the glass come out of the metal base. I like the wide diameter of the glass, so I would like to fix it, if possible.



Btw, I just passed my 2nd anniversary ... 2 years vaping and no analogs.
