Safe to use this battery charger?

So, I got in a 14500 3.6V Li-ion Battery Charger for 14500's I'm going to need, but it's a USA plug. If I use a standard US to UK mains adapter that doesn't change the voltage am I in danger of charging the batteries with too much at once? It's meant for USA mains afterall, right?

check the label on the charger and see if it is rated for your voltage. If it is, it doesn't matter what plug you use

My TR-001 is rated 100-240 VAC/50-60hz so I'd use it in Europe with an adapter for the mains plug.

That easy? Hah I should have paid more attention in physics classes when we went over this stuff. Thanks for that, I'll take a look at it before I plug it in.
