Safe?

I decided to buy "Efest IMR 18650 LiMn 2500mAh 35 Amp Flat Top Battery" and use it in my iTaste SVD.
Is this battery safe to use? If so, how should I limit my wattage/voltage?

Your battery is fine for your mod. I prefer AW IMR batteries myself, but Efest are OK.

Efest batts are ok but like Katya I prefer AW IMR's.

Same as the above. I'm sure that they're fine if you're going to be using them for a normal range of vaping. (not sub-ohming, not super high voltage)

The max amperage output on your SVD is 5 amps. The max amperage demand on the battery is not listed but one can safely assume it would not exceed 7 or 8 amps. The max amperage for your battery is a continuous 20 amps so you are well within the limits of the battery even at the device's maximum output.
