SafeCig out of business? Ripped off!

I purchased $62 worth of products from SafeCig back in January. The cartridges never arrived, although the money left my account immediately. When I checked online, the order always said "processing."

Now the website addy is redirected to "Seminole" ecigs. Their customer service number has been disconnected. And I'm out $62. :glare:
Looking at the Seminole site's About Us page, it appears that the Seminole tribe have bought (They say partnered with) SafeCig. There is a SafeCig link at the bottom of the page, but it is a dead link.

The customer service number listed there-1-877-277-7609 works, I just called it to verify.

They're not answering any of their customer service lines at Seminole.

SafeCig has around 100 complaints with the BBB and their accreditation has been pulled, their rating changed to an "F."

Has anybody here had a bad experience? Was a bad review ever posted in this forum? I searched and could not find one, but that may have been user error.

ETA: I filed a BBB complaint against them. None of our efforts to reach them have been successful. :(
