Hello all,

So who is making the safest 14500 battery? I have seen some posts on youtube about conterfeit batteries that even the suppliers didn't know were couterfeit and selling (without knowing of course).

So what battery is the safest and who do you trust to get them from?

Are 14500's only available in Lithum Ion or do they come in safer chemstries?

Thanks,
frazz

these are THE BEST ..IMO. the IMR version will work on any 14500 device. the protected ones may not but depending on how much space is available because the protected version is a little taller due to the protection circuit board on top. These are highly recommended for the provape-1.

Sorry, which of the two are recommeneded for the provape, the protected LION or the IMR?

Ok, next question in line from my original. So I have purchased some of the AW IMR 14500 batteries.

My Charger, a SoShine S1 Mix-ii is designed for Li-ion batteries. Can I use this to charge them? The charger says specifically that I can only use Li-ion...

If I can't use it, what charger is recommended (a nice safe on with all kinds of protection built in).

Thanks,
Frazz
