Have had my twist less than week and sat on it today. Yay for me, right? Anyways, it bent and the the top came out of the batt housing about a 1/4 an inch showing some wires. I Managed working back in flush but was wondering if I should still use it. It fires but did I loosen or bust anything inside? All advise or suggestion welcome.

If the card fit properly back into the slot and the button aligns then everything is Good. Since the button seems to work well, I would say everything is where it should be.
When they come apart the wires sometimes break because they are so fragile. Count yourself lucky!

I'm the type of person who doesn't like to take Unnecessary Risks.
I look at a $25 eGo Twist as something that if I had a Problem with it, I would toss it and either get another/ get something similar or save it for an Emergency Backup.
I wouldn't feel Super Comfortable charging Any PV that was damaged as the OP described.
If I was the OP, I would Order an New One, if they Liked their Twist, and put the one that was Brocken in the Back of my e-Cig Supply Drawer.
