I've picked up my eGo-T in the evenings again. I've been meaning to post a safety mod I did to the cart. I think it's important for every newbie to know it, so please leave it in this forum.
I found the mouth cap for the eGo-T to pop out into my mouth very easily, especially aftermy teeth caused some deformation of the cart. I was very concerned about choking, so I found a fix:
1) Remove the cap from the cart.
2) Using a sharp clipper or scissors, clip off the two plastic spacers on the bottom of the cap.
3) Insert the cap back into the cart. The cap should fit in well below the lip of the cart.
4) Heat up a sharp knife on the stove burner.
5) Quickly insert the edge of the hot knife beteen the outside edge of the cap and the inside wall of the cart.
6) Squeeze the cart between your fingers.
7) Repeat 4-6 for the opposite inside wall of the cart.
The lip of the cart should hold the cap in place. The eGo-T is very easy to clean. I found the cap really doesn't need to be removed for cleaning.
