So after doing some extensive (for me at least) research, i've found (with the help of this forum of course) that:

1. Capella does list which flavors do NOT contain diacetyl, acetoin, or acetyl prop (on some flavors, most have no info) and does provide an MSDS with a specific gravity but not much useful info (as is the standard with msds in concerns to vapors)

2. The Flavor Apprentice does list which flavors contain D, A, or AP and does provide an MSDS with a SG

3 FlavourArt. I read somewhere that all their flavors are safe, but was hoping someone else could verify. They do have EXTENSIVE testing, but its in italian which I do not understand.

I hope others will contribute. There are several threads in the diy that have "lists" of safe flavors and more info. Just wanted to provide a quick summary for people. This is in no way accurate or complete, but I figured its better than nothing.

This list was made available last Friday at Flavor West.
I just spoke with Jason and he assured me that it lists every one of their flavors that contained measurable amounts.
Bummer about Butterscotch, Hazelnut & esp. Caramel Candy.
I love Butterscotch, my friends love Hazelnut and I have an unopened bottle of CC.
CC mixed 50/50 with Cinnamon Roll is a good approximation of MBV Sticky Bun :p
I'm not very worried with 20+ FW flavors in my rotation because most are unlisted.
Moderation of these flavors with the majority being unlisted leads me to believe I'll be vaping in good health for a very long time :)
