Just an FYI. ElectronicStix is having a sale on LR and Standard Joye 306 attys. 901 standard too. The LR 306 are not clearance, "just sale", as I asked Jason and got an email back just now. When you go to the link I posted and open the link for each item the price, for instance, of LR 306 is $4 and not the higher price listed on ]main page. Same price for the Standard 306.[/s} The Standard Joye 901 are $4.99.

{Edit correction} Sale price of both 306 is $6.

Actually if you click on the link to each individual item both 306 are $4 and not six. That's an even better deal. I don't know if I have any Joye 306 as I've ordered from different places. So I don't know what their track record is but I've found most real Joye things are good and built well.

I'm using a Joye 306 on my Mini now. It works great. I have yet to use the Cisco Spec 306s. I tried one once and it killed a few of my eGo batteries. After that, I got a multimeter and measured the resistance of them at ~1 oHm. I have some new Cisco 306s from AvidVaper, now, and have high hopes.

New Joye attys always have oil so make sure blow or wash them out first then prime them with 3-4 drops of juice before using.

I think it was just confusing because the amount of savings is brighter and more prominent than the actual price. It's a slight usability design error.

Avid has the DSE905 at closeout price for $24.99, black only. DSE905 Nomad Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit - Avid Vaper I purchased two kits to loan out. The batteries are not protected so I chucked them. Nice little unit with satin coating. Feels nice in hand and it not very large. The bottom button is the on/off switch. The fire button is near the top on the side. Nice little unit, especially for $24. Comes with single Li-ion batt charger, 901 atty, 5 empty carts, and two non-protected Li-ion batteries. Uses 14500 batt. It is 901 native but a 901 adapter is not all that expensive. I have some 901 cartos, that were sent to me by mistake, in an order, that I want to play with.

It is not a mechanical fire like some of the much higher priced similar styles.
