Thanks for your reply. In my case we are a small business with few employees and feel this is more effective than managing it via folders in outlook. I agree at some point it becomes inevitable when you are a growing company managing hundreds of inquiries per day.
I do totally understand your sentiment; it does not feel good to be treated as a number; in our case it ensures no entries get misplaced or deleted as in a typical email system, and that we have an audit trail to keep us accountable and provide service metrics.
