Salmon for dinner :) whatcha eating???

Salmon on the grill. Cauliflower in foil with yum yums mixed in. Mashed potatoes and lots of fresh fruit. what's for dinner??

LOVE salmon......I just had a very simple dinner, microwaved chicken patty on a bun with light miracle whip lol. Very gourmet...

Elpha - I can relate; I had a popcorn kernel stuck in my back tooth for two days. This is the first day that my mouth isn't in pain in over three days! Tonight, we had macoroni, beef, and tomatoes with fresh grated parmesan.

Tomorrow we're having salmon; not sure how I'm going to cook it yet.

No salmon here. I'm allergic to seafood. I made home made steak sandwiches tonight. YUM!

Elpha - What do you mean by home made steak sandwiches? Does this mean that you grilled steaks and put it betwen two slices of bread? Sorry that you're allergic to seafood.

Vg: yeah, kind of. But I put a bit more effort than that. Sprinkled some garlic and herbs on thin steak. Grilled it. Toasted some bread rolls, put the stake on them, added home made tomato sauce, home made mayo, and loads of salad. It's simple, delicious and so much nicer than from the take away place.

I just realized, steak sandwiches may not be a common thing over there. Here they are even more common than hamburgers, and every restaurant has a gourmet version, ranging from $8 to $23, depending on where you are.
