I'm not sure how much saltiness you would get from it,but saline has salt in it,and i've seen a few people say they could taste the salt when they thinned their juice with saline,so may be a possibility.
I can taste a little salt when I mix in 3% of a sterile wound flush NeilMed saline solution to my higher vg blends, so this may work for you too, you might have to play with your percentages to get the specific sAltiness taste you are looking for, but this might be a good option to try out....3% is the highest I've gone and usually stick at 2% now, any higher would probably be too salty for me, good luck!
I used to use a saline solution in my mixes. I do not recommend it. It gunks coils very fast and in my opinion, didn't do much to the taste.
If you are going to use it, please find a solution that has only water and salt. Any other ingredients (like those mixes for contact lenses) could be bad for the lungs.
