I know that Halo (halocigs.com) ships the same day for orders placed before 2:00PM ET. They offer First Class and Priority Shipping.
Halo only offers a few flavors but they are considered to be well above average in quality and are made in the USA. I have placed an order with them and expect to receive it later this week.

+1 on FSUSA, I received my juice from them today, that I ordered on Monday. I always have gotten it within 2 business days from them.
FSUSA. If you order early in the day during the week, it usually ships that day.
I wound up going with FSUSA and im glad i did. Their service was fantastic, my order went out that day and i got my order from AZ to NY in 2 days. They even tossed in a free sample.
