Same liquid mix up from different suppliers

A little while ago I ordered two bottles of coffee from RockyMountain. When I got the liquids I found that the bottles were labeled correctly but, the the contents were not coffee. I've had they're coffee before and it's really good, brown / tan in color and tastes just like coffee. The liquids I received not too long ago are red / pink in color and taste nothing like coffee.

I contacted RockyMountain and after a few pleasant emails I was issued a refund. They really do have excellent service.

I ordered two bottles of coffee from Totally Wicked since RockyMountain took theirs off the site for the time being. Apparently RockyMountain's suppliers were to blame for the mix up. Now, here's the really... really strange part. I just received the TW coffees today and they are exactly the same incorrect liquid that RockyMountain had sent me. They are the same color and have the same taste. What's going on?

Is it possible that both sites use the same supplier? I thought they made their own juices. I'm completely baffled, how is this possible? Has anyone else gotten this weird mix up with coffee liquids from either site?

Now I have four 30ml bottles of juice that I'm not particularly fond of. Hopefully TW will issue a refund as well.
