I'm sorry but I just don't buy this cap off thing, Letting oxygen hit your fresh Nicotine is probably the worst thing you can do for Nic, Ask anyone who knows a lot about dealing with Nicotine and they will tell you to not let air in your bottle or leave your cap off, Just my $0.02 but everything else to do with the steeping process I can agree with.
