Pamela and I have been working on differrent things for our customers lately. We had been doing the free sample thing for a couple of years now and truthfully it was alot of money out the door. So we are changing things up a bit and doing it in random orders from time to time to keep things fresh. Keep an eye out and random things will crop up from time to time. We truly have the finest flavors on the planet at an extremely good cost for custom blended flavors fresh from the oven. We sincerely hope that everyone agrees our juices are well worth the price we charge with individual attention to every single order

+1 for samples being a big reason I have ordered some flavors. Applewood sounded gross to me (I was thinking applewood bacon) but I loved it when I got the sample so I ordered more. I have given samples of juice that I don't use (tobaccos mostly) to people who want to try vaping. So far, 3 people have had me order more for them based on the samples.

Cost of samples is always counteracted by sales but another factor is return business. That is why grocery stores have people giving out samples and new restaurants have coupons for free dinners. It gets people to buy what they sampled but it also gets people to try other things and return time and time again. Works for juice too. FSUSA is now my only supplier for my daily vapes. The samples get me to buy new flavors and the customer service keeps me coming back for more. And the sales don't hurt either.

I am sure that Dave and all of the folks at FSUSA will continue to satisfy customers in any way they can. That is what they do and they do it well.

thanks for that. we have given away literally countless thousands of samplers, alot of financial loss but has been worth it. of course alot of those samplers are just sitting in boxes or drawers never to get used because folks just didn't like the flavor. We still have ways for folks to get freebies. We also have very good pricing in my opinion for custom made juices made from the finest ingredients available on the planet today :)

I agree that there are probably a lot of samples that go to waste. I know you are working on a new site. I have developed sites for online stores and have built in options for "freebies" or "add-ons" into the checkout process. Maybe a good way to avoid wasted samples would be to have people select what sample they want or have a preference associated with their profile. A simple drop down with a flavor list at checkout would let people choose something they want to try. Or, when people create an account they could select a favorite category such as "Tobacco" or "Sweets" so that you have an idea of what sample may fit their preferences.

I know you said you already have plans in progress and I know whatever your plans are they will be customer focused. Just tossing out ideas.
