hello I have an wismec 2/3 and the device only charge up to 58 56 precent how can I fix that ?

If you cannot get a full charge, I would look at the condition of your batteries rather than a potential fault with the mod. How old are your 25Rs and have you tried charging them externally or in another mod?

Does this have a internal battery or Cells you take out to charge?

Hello thank for all the replies I have them for 2 months tried to charge it with the 2 batteries case and it fully charged probably the problem is with the 3rd battery I'll just replace it I think...
Just a good piece of advice. Dont use the mod to charge the batteries. Even though some mods say they will charge them it is not recommended to use the mod for charging. Decent chargers can be had cheap.
