Is the Samsung 18650 2600mAh ICR Button-Top Battery safe in a vv/vw mod? I have read all sorts of posts about batteries and am still confused.

ICR = LI Ion, you want Li MN (IMR) for use in VV/Vw devices

It is confusing . What they are no telling you about this battery is that it only outputs 5 amps safely. That is low for VV/VW mods. The Panasonic NCR18650PF at 10A and 2900 mAh is rated for more power, will last longer between charges and is safe. Illumination Supply is a trusted vendor and they have them for $10. You will also find them at Orbtronic and RTD Vapor.
