I bought a new samsung 25r because i had a fake battery, i think my battery is legit but i wanted to ask can samsung 25r run a 50 watt mod? I have the subox mini and when i used fake battery before it couldnt run 50 watts when i press the button it shows me something like error.
So can samsung 25r run 50 watts?

really going to depend on your build/ ohms - i use a 25r in my evic vtc mini (75w mod) and have no issues running a .25 ohm coil on my freemax starre pro at around 45 watts

I use .5 coil

A Samsung 25R is fine with a .5 ohm coil.

With a regulated mod the resistance is not important (as long as your mod can fire it).

When using a regulated power device (like the OP's subox) resistance is irrelevant in calculating amp drain.

I know for a fact they can run 40 watts no problem because I did it with a .83 ohm build in the Billow V2.

I wouldn't be surprised if it couldn't do 65+ watts

You could almost say, for reg mod battery amps, looking to the coil resistance is... futile.

+1 to the 25R or the LG HE2/HG2 or Sony VTC4.

Those 4 Batts make up my entire Armory of Batteries running the gamut from a SubBox mini (RIP-dropped several times too many), SXMM, XVO Stick, Asmodus SW 75 mini, Evic VTC mini 75 TC, VS-VF, and 134 MX-Z Tube Mech w/RDA 9several other Tube & Box Mechs as well in the past). I run Builds from 0.4 to 0.2 kanthal & Ti as well as pre-mades from 0.5 kanthal to 0.12 Ni with zero issues or safety concerns/faux-pas for quite awhile now.
Again, after researching Tests & Data by Mooch & Baditude
Just be sure they are the Real-Deal Authentics from a proven & Reputable Source such as RTD Vapor.

Use any of the above with impunity and confidence. But,,, still ALWAYS dbl-check w/Steam Engine etc. just to be absolutely sure of your particular Rig/Combo & Build. Assumptions + (Ignorance and/or Stupidity) = Seriously Messed-Up. Far too many Giblet-headed Idjitz already failed to avoid that Equation bringing Mayhem & subsequent Bad PR and Mojo to our Community and the Prudent & Safe Members thereof.
