Saving a post

Is there anyway to save a specific post you want to keep as a reference tool?

I have looked and I don't think there is...but I was wanting to save a post and be able to comeback and find it later.

Go to (thread tools) near the top click on the drop down menu select subscribe to thread.

You can subscribe to a thread which will keep track of any updates.

You can also bookmark a specific post by clicking on the post number in the upper right corner of the post itself, then bookmark the resulting URL.

If you have an iOS or Android device you could use this awesome app called Tappatalk. It's the only way I participate in these forums on my Nexus 7 tablet. Just wish they had a version for my PC....

I was coming here to start a thread about this very same thing! I wish there was a way for there to be a forum tool that allowed you to add posts to a favorites folder or something like that with just the click of a button. Generally I just email the links to the specific posts to myself, but then I have to retrieve all of that from separate places--it would be cool to have it all contained under one roof. I get that this may be a tall order for the forum though.

There are a TON of Firefox addons that allow you to work with information and bookmarks. For those of you that want a finer ability to track information on ECF, you may want to dig through Mozilla's addon site.

Thanks. I'll give 'er a look.

I am just starting to work my way though Evernote, which I think may help a bit.
