I've spent roughly about a thousand bucks on vaping including mods, atomizers, coils, accessories, and juice in the just over 4 months vaping. I believe this figure to be on the high side but it's mostly for my comparison and it could be a hundred or so bucks off either way but I believe I'm in the plus column overall.

Can I use my existing MBV account from its retail site to order from MBV wholesale? Or do I have to create a separate account?

I tried to sign in MDV wholesale using my password for my regular MBV account, but it didn't work. I just started a new account (even used my old password from my old MBV regular account). Worked fine.

I guess anyone can order from the MBV wholesale site.

I've never owned an ego but I just put one of my carto tanks with a 3ohm (sr) carto and it worked great, not being familiar with the type, it was only a bit longer than the xl carto tank, I know someone will know the answer to this but I don't know if it will kill the battery super fast or anything but I would buy a Pyrex carto tank, I think it will hit much better and you can use it if/when you upgrade to a vv device. I have 5 vamos, I bought them for my whole family of Heavy smokers and everyone has successfully quit smoking going on 3 months now, vamos are a dam good toy you can pick them up in the classifieds cheap.

Here, I used to pay $1.00 Federal tax plus $2.00 state tax plus .18 sales tax on the sin tax to equal $3.18/pack of tax (not counting the additional sales tax on the actual 'purchase'.)
$3.18 times 2 packs a day times 7 months since quitting equals $667.00 (very roughly) just in the tax!! Greedy bastiches!!!
Just the saved tax since I quit pays for my two Provaris, topper devices (tanks/cartos/
RDA/etcera) , juice and miscellaneous supplies like wire and DIY juice.
My better health is worth something too. No longer being ostracized for being a smoker might have value too.

Im doing the opposite, vaping is making me spend so much more money

I used to smoke 10 cigarettes a day so that would be $49.50
$40 a month for 4ml of juice daily.

Misc stuff:
4 Kayfun tanks ($480)
1 Nemesis + 1 Turtle ship + 1 Chi You ($600)
400+ ml of juice from different companies ($300)
Wire + Ekowool ($50+)
4 Kayfun clear tanks ($80)
6 drip tips ($120)
4 18490 batteries ($40)
4 18650 ($40)
etc, etc, etc

Im sure i spent a lot more but with a rough total of $1710 I spent on vaping in 5 months i could have smoked 10 cigarettes a day for 3 years.

I'm sure the retailers you used must love you to death...

Not to derail this into the same clones vs authentic debates... but you could have owned all that gear for probably less than $400 total if you'd gone with an outfit like Fastech... Maybe with a minor reduction in quality.

For a simple example in which brand name really has no meaningful value nor quality impact. You say you got 6 drip tips ($120). Search Fasttech for drip tips... tons in all shapes, sizes, colors and materials... Most cost less than $2.50. Many less than $1.25. You could have bought over 50 at what you claim to have spent...

To each his own when it comes to spending your hard earned cash... but the primary reason most of us vape is to replace an ancient, simplistic delivery device known as a cigarette, which had no bells, whistles, colors nor even shiny objects needed to operate. So I guess my point is... is your money being spent wisely?

I have only been vaping for about 2 weeks now, and up to this point have spent about $175 on equipment and juice. For the $175 I have about 90ml of liquid in various flavors from 3 different vendors, 2 batteries, 9 clearos, and 2 chargers. Sure $175 is a lot of money to spend in a 2 week span, but I haven't bought cigs in over a week, and don't plan to ever again.

For me, it wasn't really about the money factor when deciding to quit analogs and switch to vape, the health factors were far more important. I smoked about 1 pack a day so up to this point I have saved $55 on analogs. At this rate I will easily save a ton of money by vaping and more importantly save my health.

Since you used MBV as an example, you should really consider going Here to order your liquid. You get 16oz (475ml) for 40.99 for 24mg Nic. It's cheaper if you use less Nic in your juice.

Thanks so much for the link. My current 2 favorites are Butterscotch and Cinnamon Roll from MTV. I can tell I'm not going to be one who keeps chasing the perfect juice. I am really pretty easy to please about flavor. As long as I don't feel those cravings, I am happy. These are great prices!:)

I was just thinking about how much money I am saving (not including saving my health) by vaping instead of smoking.

I am a 2-pack per day full-strength cigarette smoker, and have been for more years than I want to remember. I am now going to try and stop smoking by replacing my cigarette habit with 24mg nicotine juice.

Here are the figures ... The cigarette prices I show below are for generic cigarettes purchased by the carton here in Florida:
_________________________________________

Smoking 2 packs per day x 30 days per month = 60 packs per month = (6) cartons x $33 per carton = $198 monthly

Vaping 4ml juice per day x 30 days per month = 120ml per month = (4) 30ml bottles of juice x $10 per bottle = $ 40 monthly

So, the cigarettes were costing me about 5 times the price of vaping juice.

Great savings! :)

Reducing my risk of lung cancer, and being able to breath again: priceless.

I know a lot of people focus on money, and that's cool, but I started vaping to stop killing myself by smoking. That's the only excuse I need, and I don't care how much it costs.

While money is a concern to me, it was never my motivation to stop smoking. Watching friends and family die to smoking, watching peoples faces when i lit up, having the doctor play a recording of my lungs and heart. Those are what lead me to stop smoking. Getting tired from running up the stairs quick to answer the phone. Little things i never thought about until i quite. Not to mention my personal relationship with my wife, and my professional relationships with my coworkers since i dont stink, and i dont disappear for 10 minutes every hour... Those are why i stopped. The money was just an added bonus.
