I totally agree Wolfstar, that is what makes this the best forum on the web in my opinion, and why would you ever need to be a part of another forum!

+1 for being a Facebook holdout. And I don't even understand the appeal of Twitter. Can anyone possible be interested in which convenience store I just stopped at to buy coffee?

Forum like this, on the other hand, can be a source of both social interaction and information gathering. I'm always happy to find a forum when I'm researching a new topic. And I probably would have given up on e-cigs/PV's after my Blu experience if I hadn't found this forum. If anyone doubts the kindness and generosity of ECF members go read littleoldlady's new members thread. After reading that, I had to join.

J'sGirl<3, be sure to take a couple of tissues with you when you read Littleoldladies initial post all the way through. It had many of us laughing, crying and feeling absolutely wonderful about this outrageous forum you just became a part of. I wholeheartedly agree with BB3, that thread is heartwarming and very human. You won't be sorry you spent the several minutes it will take to get thru the whole thread to date. Enjoy!

Totally agree on the Facebook comments. I refuse to do it. This Southpark episode sums up my opinion, not even including the privacy issues.

I love building stuff. Glad to see you seem to be enjoying it. I bet all the best posters on ECF were lurkers here for sometime before they jumped in. I have always learned a lot more by listening, than talking...

Well Del, now I don't remember but it absolutely was not a Starbucks. Is it just me or does all their coffee taste like it got scorched??

I'm a Tim Horton's kinda girl One of my first jobs was there and they are very strict about serving fresh coffee. If an employee let a pot sit for more than 10 minutes they would freak out on you lol and if you didn't dump the coffe grounds immediately after the coffee brewed, they would dump the coffee grounds onto the counter and make you clean it up. Wow after typing that and thinking about it, I think the manager may have needed some anger management classes lol

No I only stayed about 6mths but I also made sure to drink enough free cafe mocha's to make it worth it!! lol
