So I think I have seen a few pics around of SB's with shorter bodies, what is the deal there? Is it an older version or prototype, or is there other options available? Of course, that cannon body would be awesome as well!

As I understand it, that was from the first run of SBs. They were shorter & used a smaller battery.
I got in on the 2nd pre-order which had the longer bodies. They also offered the longer bottom half for those that had the 1st version.

thanks all! the no post on monday is killing me too, waiting on some batteries! Thought that might be an early version, just want to be sure my collection of SB/BB is near as complete as possible. Just need to figure out how to get a double barrel top! (can't figure out how to use the triple on the cannon, but would love the bottom part!)
