Correct however most would argue the stealing part is where in small print designed to be overlooked, skipped, or hard to read tells you that you will be charged for a "free starter kit". Now, later, or in the far off future if you are charged for an item it was never "free" merely payment deferred and to label it as free knowing there will be a charge is fraudulent aka stealing.

Stealing? No. At most misrepresenting the contract terms.

The fact that we need to warn vapors not to be stupid, says more about vapors than it does about this company.

No facts to back it up, but would guess the percentage of those ranking in the stupid range amongst vapers will not vary much from the ranking of those in the stupid range in society in general .....and unfortunately, it seems that percentage is experiencing an ongoing annual increase.
