After my store-bought 510 passthru died on me, I didn't like the inline battery and the wiring was just too fragile so, I made this from scrap 1/2" cvpc I had around the house. I cut the top of a tee off so the switch would have a lower profile, then sanded everything down some to smooth the corners and remove the stampings in the cvpc. Some speaker wire and a 1/8" phone plug later I was good to go again.
Everything is pressure fit do I didn't have to use any glue or epoxies. Not real pretty, but fits the hand nice and works well.
