Thats true, but can be mitigated by using dissimilar alloys, slowing down rpm during thread cutting operations, using lubricants designed to reduce galling, choosing a coarser thread, etc...

Although slowing down rpm on those machines means we will have to wait longer for the parts lol

waranty is the same for all parts martin. Even for the very expensive ones like CT or engraved tube or other parts

That would be almost full price+shipping...warranty?

Sanding down the marks and gold plating the *itch*...more fun

will take care of the gritty threads at the same time
