Scratchy Throat When Vaping?

I read something about people having allergies to VG. I read that PG is found in inhalers which i use one for my allergys so im assuming it isnt that..any ideas? I got juice and it is 60/40 but i get a scratchy throat after i use it for a little. Advice would be appreciated greatly

A few questions before anyone can offer suggestions or hypothesis like what is the Nicotine content? What amount of e-liquid do you vape a day? Do you drink extra water or liquids? What geat are you using? What wattage? Do you chain vape? What flavors? Answer these and there will be more.....

12mg nicotine, yes i drink green tea through out the day and water. Usually vape most of the day, have to refill a 1mg cartomizer twice typically. Have a halo G6 with blank cartomizer. 78mm wattage. Getting from deluxe ejuice have fruity COPYRIGHTDMCA, crunch berries, and cookies and cream

When I was using refilling Cig-A-Likes similar to what you are using I found my throat was seriously dry in the AM after vaping a lot before sleeping. So part of the issue could be from the gear and the PG, many has posted about PG for throat hit and I personally prefer a higher VG ratio. With mixing DIY I am now shooting for MAX VG recipes. Another thing I have noticed is cream or desert are harder on my throat.

Now these are things I have read or experienced personally and others will post more observations or suggestions for you to decide for yourself.

Some, but not all inhalers use pg. Smoking gave me bouts of asthmatic bronchitis whenever I got sick. So I'm not unfamiliar with inhalers. I discovered I am pg sensative, with the dry scratchy throat and headaches with anything higher 35%pg. So it's worth looking into.

A sensitivity to PG is much more common than one to VG so that would be the more likely suspect. Anything is possible though, but I'd try switching to a max VG juice first to see what that does for you.
