screwdriver charge time

Ok i got my screwdriver today did I burn up the charger?

I put one battery in the charger about 15 minutes noticed the charger was hot, now I've had the charger plugged in since about 3:30PM CST it's now almost 8pm and I still dont' have a green light

HOw long do these batteries take to charge?

They can take up to 8hrs to charge but they are 90% done after about 4hours....
